Deposits & Appointment Confirmation
To secure your appointment, a €20 deposit is required. Your booking will only be confirmed once this deposit has been received.
– All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
– No deposit = no valid appointment.

 
Late Arrivals
Punctuality is important to maintain a smooth schedule for all clients.
– 15 minutes late → €15 late fee.
– 20 minutes late → your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be cancelled.
– 30 minutes or more late → considered a no-show, and your appointment will be fully cancelled.

 
Blacklist Policy
Clients with unpaid balances will be placed on a blacklist and will not be able to book new appointments until all outstanding payments are cleared.

 
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with your hair clean, washed, and properly blow-dried.
If your hair is not properly prepped, a €15 blowdry fee will apply before the service can begin.

 
Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid in cash and in the exact amount on the day of your appointment.

 
No Guests Policy
Due to limited space and to maintain a calm environment for all clients, no extra guests are allowed during appointments.

 
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
– Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost.
– No-shows may lose the ability to book future appointments.
– If cancellation/no-show fees are not paid, no new bookings will be allowed.

 
Product Use & Hair Guidelines
We only work with 100% real human hair, including our own Jireh’s Glow Studio Collection, as well as raw or virgin hair.
Synthetic hair is not accepted for any install services.

Recommended hair amounts per style:
– Sew-In (Full or Versatile): 3 bundles for a natural look.
– Microlinks: 2 bundles for best results.
– Ponytail Install: 1 bundle for a sleek look, 2 bundles for a fuller effect.

 

 

 
Housecalls – Jireh’s Glow Studio
We offer housecalls starting from €40, bringing the salon experience to your home.
The space provided must be clean, safe, and spacious enough for us to work comfortably.
If the environment is unsuitable (too small, cluttered, or unsafe), we advise against booking a housecall, as it may affect service quality.

The Biab Glow Lounge – BIAB Appointments

For all BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) appointments, a €20 deposit is required.

– 15 minutes late → deposit will be forfeited and appointment cancelled.
– 20 minutes or more late → considered a no-show, and appointment will be fully cancelled.
